Press Star To Instantly Lookup Data Values
If you are a keyboard jockey and hate to use the mouse, then you may think that dropdown lists are the bane of your existence… but they don’t have to. You can instantly pull up a list of all the values for the field just by pressing the * key within the field.
You don’t need no stinkin’ mouse…
How To Do It…
To list all of the valid values in a lookup, just press *.
You can also type in the first part of what you are looking for and then press * to return back a filtered list of matches.
